What is PrioriTimed?

PrioriTimed is a progression-first project management app designed to help you turn ideas into meaningful progress. Instead of focusing on pressure, deadlines and endless task lists, PrioriTimed helps you prioritize what matters most and move forward step by step.

Who is PrioriTimed for?

PrioriTimed is for anyone working toward personal goals, creative projects, business ideas, fitness goals, home improvements, learning objectives or long-term ambitions. It is especially useful for people who prefer a calm, visual and structured approach to progress.

Do I need an account?

No. PrioriTimed currently does not require an account, registration or login. You can start using the app immediately once you have beta access.

Where is my data stored?

Your projects, tasks, notes, settings and images are stored locally on your device. PrioriTimed follows a local-first approach. Your information remains on your device unless you explicitly export it yourself.

Can PrioriTimed see my projects, tasks or notes?

No. The content you create inside PrioriTimed is not visible to PrioriTimed, Simuderu or other users. Project names, tasks, notes, images and personal project information remain private and local to your device.

Are my uploaded images stored online?

No. Project images are processed locally on your device and stored locally. They are not uploaded to PrioriTimed servers or third-party services. Images are automatically optimized to keep storage efficient while maintaining good visual quality.

What happens if I get a new phone or computer?

Because your data is stored locally, it does not automatically transfer to a new device. To move your projects to another device, use the Export and Import features. This allows you to create a backup and restore your data whenever needed.

Is there a limit to how many projects I can create?

There is currently no project limit. You can create as many projects as you need. The practical limit depends on the storage available on your device, especially if many project images are used.

What happens if I lock the app?

PrioriTimed includes a Lock Beta Access option for additional privacy. When activated, the app returns to the Welcome Screen and requires the beta access code 777 again before opening. Your projects, tasks, notes and settings remain untouched. Only access to the app is temporarily locked.

Does PrioriTimed track my activity?

PrioriTimed is designed around privacy and local ownership of your data. Your project content, tasks, notes and images are not collected or transmitted. Technical error reporting may be used to identify software issues and improve stability, but it does not include the content of your projects, tasks, notes or images. Your projects belong to you.
