What is PrioriTimed?
PrioriTimed is a progression-first project management app designed to help you turn ideas into meaningful progress. Instead of focusing on pressure, deadlines and endless task lists, PrioriTimed helps you prioritize what matters most and move forward step by step.
Who is PrioriTimed for?
PrioriTimed is for anyone working toward personal goals, creative projects, business ideas, fitness goals, home improvements, learning objectives or long-term ambitions. It is especially useful for people who prefer a calm, visual and structured approach to progress.
Do I need an account?
No account is required for the free local app — you can start using PrioriTimed immediately. An account is only needed for Premium Cloud features such as cloudsync, project sharing, cloud reminders and Premium status.
Where is my data stored?
Local projects, tasks, notes, settings and local images are stored on your device and browser storage (for example IndexedDB). Only projects you explicitly sync via Premium Cloud are stored in secure cloud storage so they can be used on multiple devices, shared, or drive cloud reminders.
Can PrioriTimed see my projects, tasks or notes?
Local projects stay on your device and are not visible to PrioriTimed or Simuderu. Projects you explicitly sync or share via Premium Cloud are technically processed and stored so cloudsync and sharing can work. Simuderu does not use that content for marketing or AI training.
Are my uploaded images stored online?
Local images stay local. When you explicitly enable photo sync for a synced Premium Cloud project, images from that project are uploaded so they are available on your other devices or to members of a shared project. Photo sync is off by default and must be turned on per project.
What happens if I get a new phone or computer?
Without Premium Cloud, use Export and Import to move your local projects to another device. With Premium Cloud, the projects you have synced can be opened on another device after signing in.
Is there a limit to how many projects I can create?
There is no hard limit for local projects — the practical limit depends on the storage available on your device, especially if many project images are used. Premium Cloud may apply reasonable technical limits when needed.
Does PrioriTimed track my activity?
Local project content is not tracked or transmitted. Anonymous technical error and stability information may be used to keep the service stable, but never contains project content. Premium Cloud processes the account, sync, sharing, payment and reminder data that is required for those features to work.
Is PrioriTimed a browser app or an installable app?
PrioriTimed is a browser/PWA app. You can use it directly in your browser, and on supported devices you can install it to your home screen for a cleaner, app-like experience. It is local-first; Premium Cloud is optional.
Does my data sync between devices?
Local projects stay on the device they were created on. When you use Premium Cloud, the specific projects you choose to sync are available on your other devices after signing in. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
Do reminders and notifications work?
Local reminders can work where your device and browser support them. Premium Cloud reminders can deliver notifications across devices where supported. Reliable sound, vibration and background delivery depend on the browser, device, OS settings, PWA installation and Do Not Disturb / silent mode — guaranteed delivery on every device is not possible.
