PrioriTimed is a local-first app. You can use the free local app on your device without an account.

Local projects, tasks, notes, settings and local images stay on your device and browser storage. They are not uploaded automatically.

If you use Premium Cloud, only the projects you explicitly choose to sync are sent to secure cloud storage so they can be used across your devices, shared with people you invite, or drive cloud reminders.

Photos and images stay local unless you explicitly enable photo sync for a synced project. When enabled, images from that project are uploaded so they are available on your other devices or to members of a shared project.

Project sharing only happens for cloud projects you explicitly choose to share. PrioriTimed and Simuderu may process synced project data as needed to provide these Premium Cloud features and do not use it for marketing or AI training.

Export and Import remain the way to keep your own backups, especially for local projects. You are responsible for your own backups.

Anonymous technical error and stability information from the hosting platform may be used to keep the service stable. Project content is not included.

Stripe is used to process payments for Premium where applicable. PrioriTimed does not store your card details.

PrioriTimed was created by Simuderu with the help of AI-assisted development tools during parts of the design and development process. This does not mean the project content you create inside PrioriTimed is automatically sent to AI services.
