PrioriTimed is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Use of the app is at your own discretion.

You remain responsible for your own data and backups, especially for local projects. Please use Export/Import periodically if your data is important to you.

The free local app does not require an account. Local projects stay on your device unless you choose to use Premium Cloud features.

Premium Cloud features (cloudsync, project sharing, cloud reminders) require an account and an active Premium entitlement (subscription, lifetime, trial or promo) where applicable. Payments are handled through Stripe.

Cloudsync, project sharing and cloud reminders depend on network, browser, device, permissions and service availability. Notification delivery depends on browser, device, OS settings, PWA installation and Do Not Disturb — reliable delivery on every device cannot be guaranteed.

Functionality may evolve over time as the application develops. PrioriTimed is currently in active development; features may change, improve, or be re-shaped without prior notice. We do our best to ensure your projects and tasks remain unaffected, though occasional impacts may occur.
